Join us for Field Notes—a salon marking the close of the inaugural season of The Artist Residency at nina Idyllwild.
This evening brings the residency back into the room. Featuring readings, prototypes, and conversation, the artists will share work developed during their time in Idyllwild and reflect on how their ideas evolved in residence.
The Artist Residency at nina Idyllwild exists to support LGBTQ+ artists in focused, affirming space, and to return that energy to the broader nina community. Field Notes is part of that return: a moment of exchange, reflection, and creative cross-pollination between Idyllwild and Atwater.
Expect a vibrant mix of text, art, ephemera, mushrooms, and damn good conversation exploring queer ecologies, utopias, kinship, and more.
