  • Paid events: Ticketed events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event page or if the event is canceled by nina.

  • Cancellations: If we cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll be notified by email and refunds (if applicable) will be issued automatically.

  • Conduct: nina reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission to anyone whose behavior disrupts the safety or integrity of the event environment.

4. Goods & Merchandise

If you purchase goods or merchandise from our site or space:

  • All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns except as required by law.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Our space is located upstairs in a historic building and currently not wheelchair accessible. We acknowledge this limitation and strive to remain financially and creatively accessible to all members of our community.
