By accessing our website or participating in our events, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

nina is a creative coworking and event space based in Atwater Village, Los Angeles, California. Our website is cometonina.com. You can contact us at hello@cometonina.com.

2. Use of Our Website

You may browse our website and RSVP for events for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by nina or its collaborators and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Events & Reservations

  • Free events: Many nina gatherings are free and open to the community.

  • Paid events: Ticketed events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the event page or if the event is canceled by nina.

  • Cancellations: If we cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll be notified by email and refunds (if applicable) will be issued automatically.

  • Conduct: nina reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission to anyone whose behavior disrupts the safety or integrity of the event environment.

4. Goods & Merchandise

If you purchase goods or merchandise from our site or space:

  • All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns except as required by law.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Accessibility

Our space is located upstairs in a historic building and currently not wheelchair accessible. We acknowledge this limitation and strive to remain financially and creatively accessible to all members of our community.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and collect only the information needed to operate our events and services.

7. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By registering for or attending any nina event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to risks of injury, property damage, allergic reactions, or hazards related to stairs, movement activities, hot beverages, shared equipment, or consumption of food or alcohol.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge nina, its owners, staff, contractors, and partners from any and all claims arising from participation in nina activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless nina from any claims brought by third parties related to your participation.

8. Photography, Media & Publicity

By attending nina events, you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
You grant nina a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your likeness, image, and voice in marketing, social media, and documentation of community events.


If you wish to request removal of specific identifiable media, contact hello@cometonina.com.

9. Food, Drink & Alcohol

Some nina events include food, beverages, or alcoholic drinks.

 

Participants are responsible for any consumption decisions and must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol.


nina is not responsible for allergic reactions, adverse effects, or outcomes related to consumption of food or drink provided at or brought to nina events.

10. Third-Party Presenters and Vendors

nina occasionally hosts guest instructors, speakers, facilitators, or vendors.

 

These third parties are independent and responsible for their own materials, advice, and activities.


nina is not liable for the actions, omissions, or representations of third-party presenters, except as required by law.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to third-party services (e.g., Eventbrite, Mailchimp, payment processors). We are not responsible for their terms or practices — please review their policies separately.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with nina, including logos, text, photography, and design, remains the property of nina and may not be copied or used without permission.
