Energy & Elements with Body Ether Institute
Join Body Ether Institute's co-founder Anna Luisa Petrisko for Energy & Elements, a two-hour immersive workshop exploring the chakra system and its relationship to the elemental forces of life.
Through discussion, embodied practice, guided meditation, and sound healing, participants will investigate the connections between the energetic body, physical body, and the worlds within and around us. This gathering is suited for anyone curious about meditation, somatic practice, spirituality, or energetic awareness—no prior experience required.
Attendees can expect grounding practices, deeper self-awareness, relaxation, and renewal. Chairs will be provided; participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and/or eye mask for additional comfort during the workshop and sound bath integration.
This event is free to attend. Donations to support Body Ether Institute are welcome via cash at the door, Zelle, or Venmo (@bodyetherinstitute).
